The ZAGGER 50 F1-R takes HMKL's proven ZAGGER 50 F1 and pushes its high-buoyancy design even further.

HMKL revised the internal weight system, using a lower center of gravity while increasing buoyancy compared to the standard F1. The result is a faster, tighter rolling response and an extremely quick transition between action and pause.

The F1-R is designed around HMKL's "Magic Jerk" presentation. Work the lure with repeated jerks or twitches and pauses to create a vertical zigzagging action. Its high buoyancy brings the lure upward quickly during the pause, and this rising movement can be a major bite trigger for following trout.

Fish it alongside the standard ZAGGER 50 F1 to give trout a different speed and response as conditions change. HMKL specifically recommends using the two models together as complementary presentations.
